🇳🇱 Een warm welkom aan L'appel du vide!
Terwijl het tijdperk van Pyrolysis tot een einde kwam, dook er iets nieuws en spannends op: de band L’appel du vide.
Na wat telefoontjes en appjes raakte ik steeds verder verdiept in hun muziek en maakte ik kennis met de muzikanten. Het was meteen raak! Wat een ontzettend toffe band – een geweldige aanvulling op het roster van Redbird Bookings.
Met veel enthousiasme ga ik hen ondersteunen bij het vinden van de leukste, mooiste en meest bijzondere plekken om op te treden – in binnen- én buitenland.
Mag ik je voorstellen: L'appel du vide
L'appel du vide is een zeskoppige folk-pop band die een diepe, meeslepende sound brengt. Hun harmonieuze folkmuziek heeft een aanstekelijke dansbare 'kick', en hun optredens zijn energiek, voelend als een wilde nacht vol goede wijn, onverwachte wendingen en pure connectie. Ze bouwen hun shows op als een verhaal, beginnend met intieme en melancholische harmonieën, om vervolgens over te gaan in opzwepende ritmes die de hele zaal in beweging brengen. Hun muziek laat zich niet in één hokje plaatsen, maar raakt altijd de juiste snaar en zorgt voor een unieke live-ervaring die zowel diep ontroerend als onweerstaanbaar dansbaar is. Als je fan bent van Mumford & Sons, The Lumineers en Fleet Foxes, zul je je zeker thuis voelen bij L'appel du Vide.

As the Pyrolysis era came to an end, something new and exciting popped up: the band L’appel du vide.
After a few calls and messages, I dove deeper into their music and got to know the musicians. It clicked right away! Such a fun and talented band – a fantastic addition to the Redbird Bookings roster.
I’m really excited to support them in finding the most amazing, beautiful, and downright wild places to perform – both in the Netherlands and beyond.
Let Me Introduce: L'appel du vide
L'appel du vide is a six-piece folk-pop band that brings a deep, captivating sound. Their harmonious folk music has an infectious danceable 'kick', and their performances are energetic, feeling like a wild night full of fine wine, unexpected turns, and pure connection. They build their shows like a story, starting with intimate and melancholic harmonies, then transitioning into uplifting rhythms that get the whole room moving. Their music doesn't fit into a single box, but it always strikes the right chord, creating a unique live experience that is both deeply touching and irresistibly danceable. Experience L'appel du vide Live at Midzomer Fair!
And here's the beautiful part: you won't have to wait long to see this band live! L'appel du vide – with their atmospheric, harmonious folk-pop and idiosyncratic twist – will be performing this upcoming Sunday, June 22nd, at the Midzomer Fair in Archeon, Alphen aan den Rijn. For this special occasion, they'll be joined by special guests Tim Elfring on Irish Bouzouki and Laurens Krah on Accordion.
